The road you ve got was supposed to be part of Interstate 70, coming into Baltimore from the west, going through downtown, and connecting with Interstate 95 to the east of downtown. I-70 came to a full stop just inside the Beltway and was never completed to the inner city. The section you re seeing in your link is now just a weird part of Route 40.Thank...or...blame it on an activist and later, a senator, named Barbara Mikulski. She started the freeway revolts in Baltimore back in the 70 s and 80 s. She garnered enough support from the local communities that would have been carved up by the roads, that the three main Interstates (70, 83, and 95) leading into Baltimore were never directly connected to each other, like Interstates in other cities. A regional map of Baltimore clearly shows it.Interesting reading here...http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Interstate_

What is the purpose of that unfinished expressway in Baltimore, its just called quot;routequot; on Google Maps? -
This right here: http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q source=sWas that supposed to be an interstate or part of Route 40? It seems like it s just abandoned. Is there any plans to reconstruct it or finish it one day?
Where can i get a free std test from in duluth ga or lawrenceville ga the atlanta area? -
I would contact Planned Parenthood and the Health Department. If they don t provide free tests, they ll certainly be able to direct you.
