The University of Central Florida (UCF) has a great hospitality program, one of the best in the nation. The program is based at a seperate campus called the UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management that focuses strictly on hotel and restaurant management programs. Here is a link to their website: http://hospitality.ucf.edu

UCF or Valencia Community college (west campus) has good hospitality programs in Orlando.http://www.hospitality.ucf.edu/http://valenciacc.edu/hospitality/career
