If it became a state, it would have to swith from Spanish to English as Texas did when it became a state. Puerto Rico taxes are different from the states since it s a commonwealth. im in mcdonough and im not really sure its legal, however people allow their children to come home from school by themselves all the time . I wouldn t worry so much about it being legal as i would a few small facts such as is my 12 year old responsible enough to handle watching the 8 year old,and is there a neighbor they can contact just in case of an emergency,if so i would set some stern ground rules like no cooking ,locking door as soon as they enter,no company,phone call or text to you letting you know they arrived, then i just wouldn t tell everyone that i encountered that i was doing this.
I don t really know; i think it is legal in all of the United States to be home in 13. but not for such a long of a time. But, hell i been staying home since I was around 8, and i was always the oldest. All your son has to know is to not make dumb moves, and like be stupid and go outside and do whatever he wants, and take care of his sister/brother.

Well that s a hard question... Aspen might be the all time most popular, but it s really just about the name in my opinion. I must admit, I can t tell you as much about that town other than it s pretty extravagant and over-the-top. I think Copper Mountain is my favorite as far as quality of skiing, views, and friendliness of the people goes! They ve got other activities there too. Next on the list is Breckenridge. There are plenty of people who would reccomend Breckenridge over Copper anyday. That one is a town that s worked hard to improve the overall resort-experience (Which sounds like you re into.) Both Breck Copper are pretty close to Vail too. Telluride is also really sweet but pretty far away from Denver and other ski towns so it s probably not worth traveling so far if you have such a limited amount of time.
