Which city is better minneapolis vs saint paul ? and why ? -

I guess it depends on what you are looking for - both cities have a lot to offer. On the whole Mpls has more nightlife options but what is in St. Paul is decent too. Both have Colleges and University branchs downtown. Both have very nice rather close in neighborhoods. Minneapolis more downtown retail.Better in what way would yield a more specific answer.
