choose up-state new york. you should live somewhere in the adirondack park. it is huge, with very little population, and a lot of forrests.
Nope too cold for me. Arizona sounds like a much nicer place to live
You don t have little to no options unless you get your GED. Take the test through your local community college and find some classes there to train you for some type of job. If you can t afford it, get financial aid. Good luck!
what do you think? Easiest way to riches for a High school dropout is to get into the drug trade ;)
Fast food joints.
Don t come to California. We don t want you here!
because your mother is as big as the Big Island.

I always thought H1, H2 and H3 were part of the federally funded Highway system that is commonly called the Interstate system.A man asks a genie to build a bridge from LA to Hawaii because he is afraid of flying. The genie is outraged about how much work that will take and cannot he not come uo with an easier task for the genie. So the guy thinks and says OK. He then asks the genie to explain to him how women think. The genie replies Do you want that bridge to be 2 or 4 lanes? .
They are called Interstates because they were funded under the Federal Interstate program. Obviously there will be no road connections to California in the foreseeable future unless you plan to build a bridge.
Because if Hawaii didn t have interstate highways, you would need a passport to go there.
B-I G Y-A-W-N
cuz chuck norris said to build one.
If you want to avoid gangs.I would avoidDenver ,Aurora, Arvada, Littleton, Englewood, Westminster (actually all of the Denver metroBoulderColorado SpringsFountainSecurityPueblo Ft CollinsI would avoid the following for economic (too expensive) reasons.Summit CountyLake CityAspenAvonCresta ButteCreedeCripple CreekUte pass area.DurangoPagossa SpringsSilvertonI would suggestSalidaBuena VistaDel NorteAlamosaWalsenburgWoodland ParkDividePenroseFowlerTrinidadDeltaLamarLa JuntaRocky FordLeadvilleSan Luis valley
Boulder is the best in Colorado, aspen, vail is nice too.Yes, CO has better employment opportunity especially around Denver metro
Damage mainly happened to people s homes. The Christmas lights didn t get much damage so they will be fine by the time you get here,If you re looking for other things to do besides the go to the beach, Virginia Beach has plenty of malls, movie theatres with IMAXs, clubs, bars, an aquarium, restaurants, and a lot of other fun things.
We go there annually in the summer. The Virginia Beach Marine Science Museum (I think that is the name) is a must see. Another good thing about Virginia Beach is you can take the trolly to just about anywhere that you want to go and leave your car parked. Report Abuse
There are rumors that a train crashed into a school bus full of kids and at a certain time of the day if you are crossing at the same spot the bus was struck, your vehicle will stall and the ghost of the little kids from that crash will push your vehicle out of harms way. During that time you can (supposingly) hear the pitter patter of their little feet. I have no idea where that rumor came from, but most everyone have heard of it.
Not this question again!!! No record of any bus crash has ever been found, and the streets in the area are named for the developer s children, not any dead students on the bus. The reason cars move is that there is actually a slight incline in the road. For more information, there are a lot of websites out there that debunk the haunted railroad myth.
The holiday season is more likely the cause. People are going to spend their money on gifts and holiday expenses rather than travel to Las Vegas. This is the slow time of the year so it shows here first. Come the first of the year and the closer it gets to spring .. questions will start coming again as people put the holidays in the past and start to plan their vacations.
27.51 million visitors for Jan-Sep 2009, while it was 29.61 mllion visitors for Jan-Sep 2007 (2 years ago). That is a drop of 7%. I wouldn t think that you would see that drop reflected in Yahoo Answers.============The economic crash in Las Vegas, is not that there are that many fewer people, but they are spending far less for rooms, on gambling, and on food and drink. There are many fewer conventions are more tourists. Plus there is an additional 7500 casino rooms in the city in the last two years and City Center and Golden Nugget will bring another 6000 rooms in a few weeks.============Nevada has the greatest concentration of hotel rooms per person on the planet. NV has 2.6m people and 187.3K hotel rooms whileNY has 19.5m people and 191.0K hotel rooms.
well there are dozens a day about travelling to NYC and NY is WAY more expensive than vegas...so I dont think it reflects anything about the economic timebtw, I just counted close to 30 questions posted in the Las vegas section in the last 15 hours so I mwould say vegas is still getting a fair share of questions
NO. Sometimes people just do not go to chatrooms. I live here and it is busy. Lots of things happening. Also, people know what they are doing and no need to ask quesitonss at time. Same in sports, commerce, politics. A question not gague an economy.
Could be. Perhaps people are going to do an at home holiday this year. Of course that is good news for people wanting to head out to Sin City because the hotels are offering great discounts. If I had the cash I would be Vegas bound next week.
I don t know, because Vegas, if you do right and have AAA, can be a very cheap place to go on vacation, if not the cheapest place I have ever been on vacation in the US.
Well, it is sort of the off season. But I have noticed that the questions are much more geared to people looking for bargains and freebies. *
There are lots of questions about Vegas! More than usual because people are looking for that great deal and Vegas has loads of them.
I don t think it s accurate to say there are few questions in this category. Other cities of the same size have far fewer questions.
Here s a master link:http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=savannaWhat you feel like spending, governs where you go. If it s a special night, take all the credit cards!
Japan is not a city.
Kay, so it really depends on which island you go to. There s Oahu, which is really the major island. Most of the actual shops are there. And the Big Island has different areas for different things. If you want sun and vacation-like areas, Kona is the city for you. Hilo is the area where it s seldom as sunny as Kona, but there s more of a store selection and housing is cheaper. Waimea is a bit windy, but very scenic.
swim, sand castles, bonfire, bbq, wind surf, surf, Bury someone in the sand, sea shell collecting, read, tan, play beach volleyball, invite some friends and have like a beach party without the bonfire, ummm... yah you can do that stuff lol
Walk/hang out on the boardwalk, swim, walk around to the shops, sand castles, pick up mates, PARTY. Driving is over rated
Look for shells.
Lights in the Heights is always big fun and plenty of lights.
I would have to agree with Sweetmom, as she said Prestonwood has got most organized light arrangements ever seen. Even if you go to christmast wonderland in college station and pay $20 bucks, it won t beat this lights.
Prestonwood. All of the neighborhood organize together and have a theme each year. It s very impressive. Here is an article from the Chronicle with several places...http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/life
We check out Lights in the Heights every year.
I would rather live in Arizona than CA. CA is in a financial black hole right now. It will take a long time for it to fix the mess it s in. Arizona is also hurting, but not as bad. Besides, AZ has better weather, large parts of it are warm and sunny for much of the year. However, both are great to visit on vacation, in fact, CA is probably the better vacation choice, as there is more to do there
Geographically, they are the same except Calif. has a large body of salt water along one side of it. Otherwise you can stray from one state to the other and not know which state you are in.So you all love the same region of the country. You should all get along fine.
I would much rather prefer California... I am from SoCal and have been to Arizona... and I really did not like it... I love the beach.... all the different types of nature and scenery... the night life... all of it... it s great!
californias by far better.the beaches, the celebrities, teh partys and the gorgeous people.its heaven.
California is better than Arizona In my opinion
people actually get in trouble for that? shoot it s safer to cross in the middle of a street than an intersection.. i d rather watch 2 directions than 4! damn a ticket, i don t trust the people driving.
a few hundred.
