I Really Wanna Move To America!!!? -

I live in England and am 15. Its o k, but I see these American movies and read these American books and I would love to experience going to an American school and living there. Rrrrr does anyone else feel like this???

I feel the exact same way, but my plan, is to become an exchange student.

Dont come to America.... i want to move to Europe. Several reasons, depending on the area: Retarded government, the people in general (why i want to move), the schools CAN be trash (state regulated issue mostly), the economy currently sucks (but doesnt most of the worlds?), etc. Depends on your lifestyle. If you like having a tough time getting a job, making a living, etc. then come here :PBut like i said, depends on area. I only want to go to Europe to escape, been to England once. 1 advantage to America, everythings big, like cars, and gas is cheaper (than England).

duude america isn t what it is portrayed on the movies. Listen, England is WAYY better than america when it comes to living. Really. It is fun to visit the US, but to live in it, that is another story. Teens in the states are crazy, and it is tougher than England. and plus you are about to reach the legal age of alcohol consumption and adult responsability. In the US you have to wait till youre 21.

Remember the movies you are seeing are created by Hollywood. What you see may not be the way it really is. I think all of us, in our youth wish to be somewhere we are not. I was born and raised in buffalo, NY. Ieft on 3 occasions to live down south (Texas, Georgia, and Mississippi). I am now back in Buffalo and truly enjoying it. I suggest you finish your schooling in England, get a top notch education so you can choose where you wish to live as an adult. (sorry if I sound like your Dad...LOL) Have a great day and a wonderful, long, love filled life.

Well I think you might not want to, I mean if there s a specific reason you want to move there e.g. the education or something but just for the book s, they may be good but you can always just buy them here in England.I m going to miss England anyway because I m moving to Canada soon. Oh well.Umbra Luna

don t come to america unless you wanna get fat, get pregnant, or die. lol i ve lived here all my life and i cant say its THE BEST place on earth...

What are some fun restaurants in vegas for a girls night out? -

Prices can vary, I just am not sure which retaurants have a fun atmosphere, we dont want to end up somewhere to serious...

Um....posted this ? three times???Anyway...LOTS of choices.... a GREAT LOCALS SPOT that is only a block from the strip and frequented by lots of local celebrities and performers...is Firefly Cafe on Paradise Road. It is the original Tapas style food restaurant in Vegas, known for its affordable small plates dining with a great mix of food choices and it s infamous Sangria and Mojitos!!! I met the cast from Sopranos there, David Copperfield, Bette Midler, Bill Mahr, etc etc there..and many of the strip performers go there after their shows for birthday parties or just to hang out (Latin dancing on Tuesday nites too!). It is a cool and not corporate spot. Oh, and Rachael Ray has filmed at least two shows from there!More corporate ...but very cool... MIX restaurant Nightclub on the top of THEhotel/Mandalay Bay...one of the best views of the city from the Club...and a Gorgeous(!) restaurant. Tao or Lavo...both inside Venetian/Palazzo restaurants and also have upstairs clubs...also cool restaurants but still corporate of course.BUT...a NEW and Very cool spot that is less corporate and could be pretty darn fun....the Hard Rock Cafe...ON THE STRIP...it just opened up next door to the MGM Grand. I was at the Grand Opening event....great food...balcony on the 2nd/3rd floor looks over the strip (not high...but good people watching spot...and they even have live bands on the third floor level that can be heard everywhere ..at least when I was there....If you d like more ideas or HELP booking anything, let me know...I know people everywhere...part of being connected in this town!!! *Just click on my profile pic and then email mjm with any other info/requests/etc.Have a great time!!!

Pete s Dueling Piano Bar. This is their ad. Dueling Piano Bar is a sing-along, clap-along, drink-along, have-one-helluva-good-time-along bar! One thing we can promise you is that a visit to Pete s will result in a night of extreme singing, clapping, and laughing. If your voice and hands aren t sore the next day, we haven t done our job!

Tao in Venetian was fun (went with five girls). Nice menu, good atmosphere, cool club.

N9NE steakhouse inside the palms casino or voodoo lounge inside the Rio hotels are good for girls night out!
