have you tried looking it up online? usually you can find a website with all the info on how to sign up and the requirements.

I d do what the other answers said. Also, keep exemplary grades, get involved with extra curricular activities, volunteer, find what your talent is. Be intelligent, i m sure the judges love beauty and brains put together.
