I would recommend only having about $100 on hand, and the rest accessible via debit card. Although ATM fees are costly if you are not using an ATM from your own bank, it adds a little bit of security. You never want to have so much money flashed around, especially in the busiest of areas. $100 will give you enough to spend on a nice dinner, tip, and maybe a little money to spend at the shops where either you cannot use cards, or it wouldn t be the best idea to give out your card number to. For reputable shops and restaurants, debit cards can be used to pay your meals. Regardless of what you do, I would constantly monitor the funds in your bank account to make sure you keep track of what you are spending.
Somewhere in the neighborhood of $1000 to $2000. Just don t spend it all in one places.Good luck

visiting the freedom tunnel is trespassing, you will be arrested by Amtrak police. If you think about it, getting cuffed is much better than what might happen if you did make it down to the tunnel; being run over by the train from Albany. The tunnel is part of an active railroad line, the Empire Connection, carrying over 30 trains daily.
Don t trip on your parents and do what you want to do. Five thousand dollars is plenty to get started in San Francisco. You may want to consider silicon vally (San Jose) later after school for what you want to get into. My niece went to the job corps there. Just get settled in temp housing someplace and then register. I don t think there s a time limit on how long you need to live there. The job corps there is nice, I have been there. It s on Treasure Island overlooking San Francisco. My nieces program there was six months long. You can just stack your money. Don t tell them that you have money. She finished and went straight to work as a secretary for the Oakland Raiders. You go as far as you will like. Do your research before you get there.
A google search of sailboat rentals, Miami produced the following top 3 entries, + what appears to be a number of others.sailboat-charters.com1sailing.comfloridayacht.com
I would put this under Video Online games as this is for US travel.
You can buy it at the Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi, Michigan which is a Suburb or Detroit or if you want in Chicago, go to the Oak Brook Mall in Oak Brook, illinois which is Suburb of Chicago.Either place should have it,and if they dont, they will order it for you and you can start playing in a maximum of four days.
About a week
Definately hire a car. The best way in the Winter is north on I-5, then Ca 99 to Ca 41 then east to the park. There is another entrance off US 395, but in the Winter many of the roads in that part of the park are closed due to snow.
Hire a car. You ll get there faster and have the freedom to choose which sites you want to see. Make sure you get away from the valley - very touristy, and, while the best sites are seen by hiking, a car will get you to most of them.
You don t need chains unless it s a total blizzard. Bring some, but really the odds are that you won t need them.
Eh. It s ok. I go there when I need something. I m glad my hair salon is there, very convenient to work and home.
Buckhead isn t a town, it s a district within the city of Atlanta.I m glad the hip hop crowd has disappeared.I m glad they tore down most of the old buildings.I m glad they are reinventing the district as an upper class destination for dining and shopping and not a place to party until dawn and be a victim of street gangs and crime. It s over rated as an entertainment district. It s way overpriced as a housing district.Lenox Mall is over rated. It s mainly a place to be seen by people who think they have it but don t really.
Don t like it. I don t like a lot things about Buckhead were blame on the hip hop scene. Buckhead has always had crime before it and still does. Buckhead tends to hide the prostitution, thefts, the break-ins, etc that go on. I know for fact this went on and they made sure that the media did not report until the hip hop crowd came. The drunkenness was there when I worked there in 94. And the armed robbery was there when my mother worked in Buckhead in the mid 80 s. And a stabbing in the 90 s when my brother worked in Buckhead the local new station was there, but did not report it two managers of a store got stabbed. I was a witness to this. So they try to make Buckhead seem like it Beverly Hills when it s not. I avoid Buckhead at leastt 99% of the time.
I live in Buckhead(born there too!!) and I love it.... The night life is amazing, there is nice restuarents and a couple of malls as well I love buckhead... :)
The Vinings is better...especially for spoiled cheerleaders.
