Is there a smallest park in Manhattan? -

I watched the movie `Little Manhattan` and the children run into a small garden that the boy claims was the smallest park in Manhattan and it had been turned into a park from a tenement building, anyone know if this park is real and exists or made up for the movie?Thanks in advance for any replies.

There is a list of the filming locations on the NYC.gov website. You may be referring to Septuagesimo Uno Park, which is only 0.04 acres in size.
