Im expected to go training in Houston,Texas from February 2010 till end April. What is the expected climate? -

What clothes should I bring? Will it be cold there? Or hot? I m from Malaysia and this will be my first time in the states.

Comfortable enough. A light jacket, a scarf (for those one or two cold days), and a pair of light gloves will take care of any chilly weather.Daily high temperatures in Houston are between 60 and 65 degrees F (15 and 18C) and overnight lows are between 45 and 50 degrees F (7 and 10C). It will be cooler than you are used to, but far from cold.

actually in houston the temp. is really random.. one day it could be hot and then next be so cold... there was one day that it was in the 90 s and suddenly in mid day it dropped to the 50 s... be prepared to get sick if your body isn t use to weather changing so fast... so have enough medication too Report Abuse

The average temp in February is around 65. Each month after that you can expect a 5 to 10 degree temperature increase By the time you leave in April the temperature will probably be high 70 s to low 80 s

compared to Malaysia, it s chilly and warm. Malaysia never gets that chilly. bring jacket for sure. i remember last April i still use heated blanket for sleeping. maybe between 60 to 80 F.

Bring clothing for warm cool weather. It can get as warm as 85 in March as cool as 45-50F
