NYC vacation for 10 days and help with Metro card? -

Planning a vacation in NYC for 10 days. Will be staying in Newark,NJ. Plan to travel every day from PATH Newark,NJ to NYC. 1) Which metro card will be the best for me? Total of two people including me.2) Will the metro card also cover from Newark,NJ?Also Will be travelling to DC for a 1 1/2 days. 3) Give the short amount of time we ll be spending in DC, which is the best card to buy for Washington DC. you ll need a pay-per-ride card, PATH doesn t take unlimited metrocards (note spelling). What they do take is thier own unlimted. in you re case, it be an $18 weekly PATH card. This doesn t work on the subway.the card you d be using is called Smartlink. It s contactless, so it doen t even have to come out of your pocket.
