What are some small, rainy towns in or near Rhode Island? -

I am trying to convince my parents to move.I HATE my town. It is always sunny, and I like the rain.Everyone in my town is a prep. Rhode Island is too small to have different weather patterns. The weather in one part of RI is the same state-wide. So what you want doesn t exist.Sorry, if it doesn t work with your agenda. But sometimes the truth is the truth.
