I wouldn t call them cheap, but either the East Monroe Garage or the Millenium Park Garage are cheaper than the rates you listed, with their rates being $23 and $24 per night respectively. Using either, you can park along the Randolph Street side of the facility. From there your hotel is just a couple blocks away. Here s is a link: http://www.millenniumgarages.com/Source/
There s no such thing, you re gonna want to use public transportation even though it doesn t seem fancy, parking in downtown is outrageous and there s nowhere where you can park for three days to my knowledge, L trains go to every part of the city so check it out, it completes the chicago experience.
Park at Navy Pier...flat rate $20 for Mon Thur, $24 Fri Sun. There is a free trolley that will take you to Illinois Columbus...1 block north of the hotel:http://www.navypier.com/visit_us/parkinghttp://www.navypier.com/visit_us/pdf/trohttp://maps.yahoo.com/#mvt=m lat=41.8902
Cheap and Downtown are pretty much contradictions as far as parking goes in Chicago! You could see about parking the car way out in one of the suburbs on the commuter train route and taking the train into the city.
oxymoron.
