Where are some good places to settle down in? -

I m dreaming of what my life will be like one day. I want to go to New York and work as a photographer, maybe audition for Broadway. When I m done, I want to settle down and be a teacher or a youth pastor. Where are some good places to settle down with kids. The place can t be out in the middle of no where, but still safe. Not to rural or to urban. It has to have all four seasons, fall, winter, spring, and summer, and also it can t break my bank to live there. Any suggestions?P.S.:It has to be in America. And NOT West Virginia!! I already live there and hate it!!!!!
