No way! lol I m actually 20 and have been to vegas many times since age 4 lol, but i hate to say it but your just gonna have to do find other stuff to do, as much as it sucks. Vegas is still ******* awesome, not matter if you can do **** or not, i know it sounds strange, but that s just me. (naturally its gonna be one big blur of lights when i turn 21!, lol) speaking personally you can sometimes get away with being around the slots, def. NOT the tables though, but that was me and i tend to look older anyways. So yeah.

Most casinos have game areas for kids of parents who are off gambling, but any areas that are gambling related are strictly 21 years or over no matter how much you beg :-)
Sit outside the casino, and get some binoculars.
If your not 21 your not allowed on the casino gaming floor area..
