What are some good areas in Texas and Oklahoma? -

Hi,I am looking for a small town in Texas or Oklahoma where I can get cheap land (maybe 5 or more acres) for a pretty low cost of living with good people. I also want it to be a nice town with good people where I can have small livestock. I also want it to be a good cowboy town with down home values.Thanks for the help!
