Help with how to move from america to scotland.? -

i know its not as simple as just moving, theres a whole process that needs to be done etc. but any help would be appreciated. also if anyone knows how it might even be possible for an american to study at uni or college in scotland. is this easy to do?I dont really know how it works so any help is appreciated.thanks

If you want to attend university anywhere in the U.K., you need to apply for a student visa...probably the best chance for you. to live and work in the UK, you will need an work visa...which means you need an employer to sponsor your work, visa. All citizens of all other European union countries may live and work in any other UK country without a visa...putting Americans at a big disadvantage. Unless you have a very rare job, skill, finding a job in Scotland will be impossible...unemployment is high there anyway.
