There are plenty of ways to keep relaxed!Try a warm bubble bath with candles and a glass of orange juice (makes me go to sleep)Maybe get a yoga mat and yoga videos?Get a book from the library and read on a comfy lounge.Go for a swim if you have a pool.Go to the beach and lay under the sun (dont forget slip, slop, slap!)Listen to your favourite cd whilst you have a nanny nap. (jamaican singers are really calming) Have a cup of coffee in the morning whilst cuddled up in a blanket watching never been kissed .Hope I helped :)
