Is Chicago a 24 hour city? (Never sleeps) or does it sleep? -

Based on bars, transportation, clubs, resturants, people out, and stores.

yes chicago is a 24 hrs city

Some Public Transportation runs 24-7, Lots of clubs are open 24-7, Heck even hot dog joints are open 24-7, New York just has too much hype, Chicago never sleeps either, lights are still on in highrises at 3 am, gangsters are still up and shooting eachother at 2 am. Maybe if you go to norwood park at 3 am not that many people will be out, stores that aren t in the buisness district stay open pretty late I don t know the excact time though.Chicago BARELY sleeps.

I remember when I was younger, and a lot of my friends and I were unemployed at the same time (this isn t the first recession), I had a list of 24 hour restaurants and stores. It was a long list. But really, I think we re more of a 18 hour city.

It s a 24 hour city.There s always somebody awake there.

Chicago never sleeps.

24 hour city probably only on weekends

it never sleeps that is for sure. NY surprised me though as being very boring at night, and dangerous

kind of...we re certainly not as crazy as NY though.

yea chicago sleepsNew York City is the city that never sleeps and the only city that never sleeps because its the only city thats public transportation is 24/7 365 days a year
