Where can i find someone to share a car journey with in Colorado, USA? -

I am planning to travel from Breckenridge to Denver, and was wondering if there was any way of finding anyone who may be going to Denver at a similar time to me without me having to stand on the side of the road hitch hiking.Do people post these kind of things in post office windows etc?Thanks
