What is the cheapest way to move coast to coast? -

I need to move from California (Pomona) to Virginia (Roanoke) as cost-effectively as possible. The most I have to move is about a truck-load/small U-Haul size of stuff. No furniture, just boxes of items such as clothing and necessities. I would like to do this before Christmas.

cheapest would be to drive the u-haul truck yourself. But thats 1 hell of a drive. I d just hire a moving company and fly there.

Oh dear, you want to move one coast to another coast, huh? Quite an undertaking...might want to check with the locals first. lol, in answer to your question...the cheapest way is to go simply. If you can t carry it (on your back or along as luggage), then it s not something that *needs* to be moved. Make yourself into a nice little pack mule and hop on the next train out of town.
