Visa interviews usually last no more than 2 minutes...literally. If you have a letter from your company stating they are sending you to a training program...that settles that issue. The ONLY thing a visa officer ever actually cares about is that you can convince him you will leave the U.S. when you are supposed to and that you will not try to overstay your visa in the U.S. If you have a job and home to return to, and enough money to take care of yourself on your trip...that is all they care about. you will be in and out of that interview so fast , your head will spin.

Interview questions for a Business Visit Visa to US? -
i am suppose to travel to the US to participate in a training programme. can some body please help me out with the interview questions that would be asked during the interview in the US embassy(Qatar). my company is sponsoring the visit. your replies are highly appriciated.
