My husband attends Universal Technical Institute here in Houston, TX and has been offered a job in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This job will pay back his college tuition and he will be guaranteed 40 hrs a week and started out at 15 dollars an hour. Which is good for a 21 yr old and an 18 yr old married couple. Also, they will find us an apartment. So we re kinda leaning towards this job among the others he s been offered. Does anyone know the good and bad things about Baton Rouge? the best things would be appreciated to help us make our final decision. :) i hope to hear good things. Keep in mind, im originally from Mississippi, so im sure the bad things cant really out weigh the ones in Mississippi. lol
