Grand Canyon - South Rim? -

Hi folks, i need your help for these questions:1. How many days are considering enough to explore South Rim (not hike, mule, etc, just using the private car or free shuttle bus)?2. What clothes to bring and wear when we go to South Rim between Nov, 23-27?3. Are there any gas station inside the South Rim?4. Which entrance is the best to get into South Rim, South Entrance or East Entrance?5. If you have any other information about South Rim, that will be helpful?Thank you.

!) Give it 3 complete days if you re not going do any below Rim hiking2) The Rims are getting cold expect daytime temps in the mid -40 s and night time temps in the hi-teens to low 20 s Expect snow Dress for warmth, wind and sun3)The only gas station inside the Park is at Desert View If you fill up in Cameron or Flagstaff you will save some money 4) Personally I think that the best place to see the Canyon for the first time is from Lipan Point and that means using the East/ Desert View Entrance5) I know too much about GCNP to answer a general question like that
