Which US State is most similar to Spain (costa blanca)? -

I would most liken the Northern Costa Blanca ( Altea - Oliva ) to the Coastal area between L.A. and San Fran , going up through Carmel. The Climate is generally at least Mild , but can have it s moments ; The Coastline is rugged and changeable and there are some great inland Towns Villages. The vibe as a whole is pretty relaxed.
