Basic questions about Chicago.....? -

What website do Chicago people go to for the news/crime news? Some of my other questions....1) what s traffic like in Chicago?2) What are the people like? Friendly or not at all?3) How s the water? seriously.

Traffic: HorrendousPeople: Friendly and midwesternWater: fresh

I live in Chicagoland and will answer your questions.1. Chicago has some of the worst traffic in the country. Truck traffic in particular is very heavy in Chicago and on the Chicago area interstates. I ve traveled for over 20 years and driven in many large cities and this area is the worst for traffic conditions. Add construction most of the year and snow and ice in the winter and it can get very congested and hazardous. You have to be tough to drive in and around the Chicago area.2. You re going to find just about every kind of personality out there in Chicago. Some people are good, while other s aren t so good. Some are friendly, but many aren t friendly. Overall, I find Chicago people very wary of others and they may come off as rude. Life in the big city is rough. 3. The water is usually fine. Just make sure you keep alert in case there is a boil order in effect. The websites I go to for Chicago news are:http://abclocal.go.com/wls/indexhttp://cbs2chicago.comhttp://www.wgntv.com

I have traveled around the country and have lived in the Chicago area all my life.In my opinion the traffic here is bad especially around rush hour am and pm.People are basically friendly for the most part, but there are a lot of complainers/negative people here. The water? Ehhh idk, I tend to drink bottled.

people who complain about traffic in Chicago should go to other cities. then they would never complain about Chicago again.same for people. they are much nicer here than in the other cities I have been to by farand water, well I am not sure what you mean but it seems good to me

traffic can be bad, but nothing like the bad traffic in Boston, NY or LApeople are very friendly. tourists are always telling me that people in Chicago are so much nicer than people in other places they have gone toothe water? I never had any problems
