Does anyone know what is going on in Noblesville Indiana? -

there are cops every where in Noblesville. By each neighbor hood. like 10 cops on one street, state cops.. Anyone know?

I guess some little rich kids from the noblesville/carmel are causing a litle bit of mischief, probably stealing a $200 scarf from their neighbor.
