What city should I move to? -

I am looking for a list of U.S. cities that meet all of the following criteria.* within 75 miles of the Atlantic Ocean* warm climate; very mild winters, if any winter at all* must have at least one, reputable medium sized college or university with a major in secondary education*must have a decent public transit system; buses, maybe an underground or monorail would be nice* active arts and nightlife scene nearby* relatively low cost of living* (optional, but preferred) population demographics include a white majority

i would say Florida it is very close to the ocean, because it is down south it is very warm, it has colleges everywhere, it has hundreds of buses, is very lively day and night, and cost low depending on where in florida you move to and how many bedrooms.
