How much spending money should we bring to NYC? -

We re both 18, from New Jersey, going to Times Square/Theater District to go see things like the xmas tree, etc. We aren t sure what we re going to do.....dinner is taken care of, and so are the train tickets. We might randomly hit up the wax museum or go on a tour bus. How much money is safe to not run out?

$300.00 is fine. How long you re staying in the city? If you re staying 2 or 3 day, some thing in the neighborhood of $500 will do. Any day beyond that will cost you. Just make sure, you spend it wisely.Good luck
