What is the best route from Boise, Id to Sacramento, Ca to avoid snow in December? -

I am making the drive from Boise, Id, to Sacramento, Ca in the middle of December. This is a trip i can t avoid but am driving a honda civic with less the best tires. Before you say, buy tires or don t take the trip, neither of those are options. Please only reply with actual working routes from Boise, Id to Sacramento California. Thank you

Go up I-5 to the Sacramento Airport off-ramp, park in the long term lot and take the shuttle to the terminal.

try to avoid Colorado.

not a good idea because if it snows they close down the roads for hours untill they clear the snow
