Where is a good place to watch a UFC fight in vegas? -

I will be in Vegas December 12th and that is the day of UFC 106 (Penn vs. Sanchez) where is a good place to watch the fight that is pretty close to the strip. I know when the fights are in vegas they have closed circuit viewings in alot of big casinos. This fight however, will be in Memphis, TN.
