You have to establish residency in a state for at least six month before you earn in-state tuition benefits. If you like to travel them move to a city which has an airline hub (Chicago, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Atlanta, Minneapolis, Denver, Los Angles, San Francisco, Phoenix) and be able to get weekend fare deals from there.
i don t know about keeping a job while traveling....that might be kind of hard. As far as school and travel. You can enroll in a university in your state and look into their study abroad classes. You get to pay in state tuition and you get to travel and you get face to face classroom. hope that helps.
