february is still considered winter so it will be mild to cold. high temperatures are usually in the high 60 s with occasional 70 s. low temperatues are usually between 45 and 60 degrees. it doesn t snow but there will be possible rain. so if you were planning to do a lot of outdoor activites it will be kind of cold. way to cold for the beach. if i were you i would wait til june or july that is when the weather is the best.
its usually pleasant, but this year we are expecting bunches of rain, due to el nino. Or we can have a heat wave in the 90 s like last year,

Just bring some extra clothes with you there are warm and cold days :)
