What section of Queens, NY is particularly the worst? -

I love to write, and in doing so I have to research a lot on several topics. One of the characters I am writing about comes from Queens, NY. But I need an exact location in Queens that isn t very good because there are some parts of Queens that are quite nice. Does anyone know of a really bad section and what the name would be? It would be very helpful. =]

I agree with Jellybean but if you must, then Queensbridge Projects is one of the worst but not as bad as many years ago. Parts of Jamaica, Queens also. Or Lefrak City

Why don t you write about what you know? I m not saying that to be mean, but it would be easier for you to write about things you re familiar with.
