Package stuck in USPS ICS New York for 2 weeks - help!? -

Now I know it s the Holiday season, and they can t take any chances with imported goods, but this is rediculous. It arrived on the 19th, and it still hasn t been cleared or sent.How long does it usually take? Is there any way to actually get in contact with the USPS?

That can happen fairly often as far as I can tell. I once sent a USPS package to Europe, and its tracking info showed it leaving the US TWICE. It eventually got there after a couple of weeks in proper condition, but it got me to raise my eyebrows a bit. In short, this is probably normal, or at least not entirely unheard of.

Didn t understand from the question - did you send or are you expecting the package?Try to ask at your post office if there is any way to do anything. But to give you a little hope - my package left NYC on 13th and info didn t change after that for almost 2 weeks. Even when my parents received the package... So hopefully the package is on its way. They are just too busy to update the information.But during holiday season you should be very-y-y-y-y patient. good luck!
