Can anyone tell me if new lots on the 3 train in east new york is a safe place to go to? -

I was suppose to be going to see a girl that I talk too.she lives in brooklyn in east new york.she said her house is 3 blocks away from the train station.I have to take the 3 train to new lots.can anyone tell me if its a bad area

Yes, the 3 train runs through Brownsville and East new york, 2 of the most dangerous neighborhoods in NYC. But you should be fine, use common sense and dont flash phones, ipods etc. AND i hope shes hot and worth it! haha

yes the 3 train stops at new lotts ave that is the last stop in Brooklyn. Yes that is East New York and yes that is a bad neighborhood..Been there numerous times on work related business...I would not go at night during the day is not so bad
