For TN and NC Residents? -

Hello; My family and I are planning a vacation to Pigeon Forge and we are a bit lost. At the beginning we taught that a week over there would be more than enough because we taught the only thing to do up there was to see the mountains and ski. To our surprise we have found so many things to do that we are already planning to go this time and then go again. My question really is: What are the best things we can do up there? I have a list that includes couple of things and I would like to know if you recommend it or not.Rock Chimney ParkRockey Mountain ParkWish one is better???? I have never heard of Rockey Mountain Park, or Rock Chimney Park. There is a Chimney Rock Park in NC. It is a nice place to visit, but cost.There are several horse riding stables, but the only one I ve ever been to is closed now. Do a google search and you will find plenty.Ghost Town in the Sky is the name of an amusement park in Maggie Valley. It is not Indian. If you want to see Indian sites go to Cherokee. Ghost Town is not open in winter. Maggie Valley is still a nice place to visit.Do you mean Biltmore Estate? It is fairly expensive so if you can afford it go. You can go other places to find wine.The Blue Ridge Parkway is good if you like riding and mountain views. There are places along the way to hike. Cades Cove is interesting too.Beech Mountain is OK. I have never been to Ober. You will probably want to spend a day in Gatlinburg. Some of the places you mentioned are not real near to Pigeon Forge.
