Does Virgina and Tennessee except out of state permits? -

If you are legal to drive in one state, you are legal to drive in all of them.Please, please work on your spelling and grammar. Do Virginia and Tennessee ACCEPT out-of-state permits? My cuzz, who is in NC, wants to drive me to Virginia to see OUR Aunt. (not trying to be nasty, but honestly, that was perhaps the worst sentence I have ever read. It will do you good to practice.)
