What means inbound international arrival on usps site!? -

hi.i ve shipped a package form italy on 10/12/2009 and arrived in the usa in isc new york on 15/10/2009.Now the status is inbound international arrival .What does it mean?Has the package already cleared the customs? When will it arrive?A lot of questions but a few answers.Thanksdaniele

inbound international arrival means the package has arrived in the country but has not yet cleared Customs. If you re really worried you could phone Customs, but seeing it s Christmas Customs will have a large amount of mail to check and clear.

inbound should mean it incoming or imported package arrival . it should be ok. as long as it s not illegal stuff. you should get it soon.
