Las Vegas strip casinos have so much security that crime is nearly nonexistent. However, if you cross the street to the north of Circus Circus, there s a cheap motel that may have unsavory types coming going or hanging out in the parking lot. So I d avoid that motel. To the south of Circus Circus is a big empty space where Westward Ho, Stardust, and Frontier used to be. So you might not feel safe walking past that area, but there is so much traffic on Las Vegas Blvd. that nobody would try anything. Criminals don t want witnesses. If you re going to be walking a lot, you ll feel safer on the south or mid strip... Excalibur would be a good choice since it s family oriented like Circus Circus and in the same price range.
Circus Circus is an OK and safe place to stay. It s a budget hotel and just a place to sleep. Also checkout rates at Excalibur, it better than Circus Circus for the same rate.
Of course Circus Circus is a safe hotel to stay. It is not the movie Psycho s Bate s Motel? All the major Hotel casinos have excellent security! Have fun! But watch your money! There are pick pockets cons there.
It is a safe place to stay. I don t like the walk along the strip though at night. Too many open vacant lots. The property itself though is safe.
Yes of course. You will have a good time, it is a very a decent place to stay. Not too expensive but, not too cheap. You are still on Las Vegas BLVD so it is not a bad location.
