Seems it never rains in Southern California. Albert Hammond, 1973When I lived there, I noticed the hills would turn green in January and be brown again by the end of May. Also, Southern California invented snowmaking; before that, you had to dash up there right after a good snowfall if you were going to do any skiing. On the other hand, the worst rainstorm I ve ever experienced was in LA. It was storming so bad, I couldn t see where I was driving; I just had to follow the red tail lights ahead of me, and hoped they knew what they were doing. I didn t pull over because I couldn t see the side of the freeway, and was afraid I d hit a wall or another car.So yes, it does rain in Southern California - just not enough to quell the fire storms they get every summer.
Yep, on average about 1 day a month, just not this year---LOL...(I don t know who the guy is who does these averages, it seems like less than that).....and when it rains, it pours, and the ground can t absorb it fast enough, leading to flash floods, mud slides and a concrete river full of crap...(Mother Nature s way of cleaning the homeless out of the river basin)....
Tony Toni Tone is somewhat correct when he said It never rains in California. Very rarely. We only had ONE nasty storm in October and that was it!
Not often but when it does rain, it pours, man it pours Listen to the song.
Southern California gets an average of 10-15 days of rain a year.
it was raining like last month here in Los Angelesand it ll probably rain in January too
Up until the day it rained in October I don t think it had rained here for like 10 months... mainly rains from like October to March for a few days... that s about it...
