go the website and click on prospective students, where you should find a link to apply. I m pretty sure UT does all their applications online now. You ll probably want information for transfer students since you have a degree already, but if you have any questions, you can ask them at the site too.As far as how long you ll have to go.. i would guess at least two years, maybe more. It depends on how many of your classes will transfer into your degree plan and how many other courses you ll need to take.
If I was in your position I would ask the people at UT instead of asking people on Yahoo Answers.Things might change since they thought they knew the answer.Good luck. UT is a great school.........Cheers.
