Texas area is much larger. We have several different types areas from sandy to forest to ocean side. We have small farm towns and several large cities. So it would depend where your moving to. In Fort Worth we have wide variety of resterants and entertainment. I feel we would have more days warmer then there. But we are in a cool spell at this time this week. Night low 50s. Obvious differences are climate and accents. Large cities here are more built up and have more traffic congestion. We also have more shopping, resteraunts, and Universities.
