Where can my family go to live like a pioneer for a week or so? -

My family and I are looking for a fun vacation. We have found places that will let us experience the pioneer life for 2 days and a night but we re looking for something longer than that. Has anyone heard of a place?

Check with the Oregon Trail Society. They have lengthy trail re-inactments that take several days.
