Hi. Honeymooned at the world in fall of 2008. We didn t wear the ears but did wear the complimentary pins from time to time. My best advice would be to do a bit of planning before you get there. What do you really like to do? They have golf if you are both golfers (or mini-golf), spas if you both like pampering, excellent restaurants like California Grill, as mentioned, or our favorite is Jiko in the Animal Kingdom Lodge, horseback riding, carriage rides, boat rentals, etc. So, it is well worth it to spend a night after the kids are in bed talking about what kind of things you might like to do on your honeymoon. For romance, I would suggest the carriage rides at Fort Wilderness and strolling along the boardwalk. *Cheesy idea alert* you could stop at each of the countries in EPCOT and ask a castmember to write Congratulations or love or commitment something like that in their native language in a tablet/notebook and then use it with your wedding pics in some way once you get home.
ooo-i went on my honeymoon and had the best time! (we stayed at the boardwalk resort)here are my tips:1) wear the bride and groom mickey ears, when people find out you are on your honeymoon they bend over backwards for you2)Try to get a dinner at the California Grill, we went there on our honey moon and it was the most romantic restaurant I ve ever been to at disney3)go to the boardwalk after a long day at Epcot, the nightlife is great for a honeymoon!hope this helped :)
I was getting ready to post this same question. I m going on my honeymoon there in August 2010 and I ve only been with my kids so I m interested in adult places to visit also.
