What are culture values of Central park, Manhattan, New York city? -

Frederick Law Olmsted artistically designed Central Park. He also designed Prospect Park in Brooklyn. Olmstead created the scheme of turning paths, walkways, and the pond so artistically, it s today considered on the greatest public parks ever designed. It s a true masterpiece of urban design.

the two neighborhoods that sandwiches central park is the upper west side and the upper east side. both of these neighborhoods are extremely wealthy and prestigious. you cannot even a place there unless you re making a good 100,000 a year and i think that s just the minimum. and not everyone gets to live there. committees from those apartment buildings hold interviews for prospective renters or buyers and then the committee decides if the prospective renters or buyers are good enough to live in the building.the residents are primarily wealthy families and all their kids go to private schools. there are also a number of young professionals that live there. college students dont really live there because they cant afford it and the building committees would probably reject them. that is unless the college students have parents that own the apartments.

What s the value of Central Park? It provides an oasis of nature in a place that doesn t have a lot of it, and a place for a variety of sporting and entertainment events.
