Travel info needed. Going to NY city first time LGA airport need info? -

Hi all. My daughter and I are going to be in NY next couple of weeks. Know nothing about the city. Coming in at LGA airport and need clean safe cheap hotel at the airport or close enough that they have a shuttle. Need it as cheap as possible but decent. Can use Sams club, costco, or aarp for discounts. Also, need to know where nearest subway is and best and cheapest way to use it. We will be in the city only two nights. Thanks much!!!

Look up airport hotels near laguardia on google, then call them and ask them if they have a shuttle from the airport and if they are close to subway transportation./ The area is kind of dodgy though, so I d try to find something closer to the city, like Williamsburg brooklyn. Then you can take a car service for like $25 from the airport and only be like 10 minutes subway ride to the city.
