If you appear to be intoxicated the flight crew is required by FAA to remove you from the flight. There are many reasons including the fact that altitude and cabin pressure will increase the level of intoxication.
no you cant... cause like u will afect others or stuff idk, but if u drank and nobody knows then its fine
