You may want relegate this question to general US, reason being is that while Washington, DC does boarder Virginia, VA beach is a bit far away at least I d say about 3 hours south of DC. Some folks from the DC area may go down to VA beach for vacation, but chances are there aren t going to be many folks in the DC/Baltimore area who are going to be great familiar with Virginia Beach knowing it as little more than a beach resort town. Take this question to the general US, and maybe you can improve your odds of finding people who live in, or at least closer to VA Beach who may be able to better help you.
