What is a good family-friendly beach vacation spot? -

Specifically I mean one that isn t just club after club, full of drunk annoying college kids acting like idiots. In other words, something quiet and geared towards older adults and very young children. I m also looking for something on the east coast that is relatively warm during early April. It doesn t have to be warm enough to swim, just nice enough to sit outside.
